1.How can i check my order status ?

  You can check the status of your order by clicking "Track Order" below

2.How can i cancel my order ?
  Click on "Cancel Order" below.Choose the order,select the reason & submit.

3.How can i return/replace an item ?

4.When can i expect refund for my return item ?
  Once we receive the original item,we will do quality check within 2 days & initiate refund.
  For prepaid orders,it will be initiated immediately to card/bank account.Your bank will take a maximum of 7 to 10 business days to credit this amount.
  For cash on delivery orders,it will be credited to your bank account through a NEFT transfer within 2-3 hrs.

6.Can i place my orders to be delivered at different addresses and still get Craftzion First Services for those orders ?
  Yes! You can place orders to be delivered at different addresses .

7.  I have still not received the refund in my bank account.
  
  If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request,it means that the refund has been initiated.You can also contact your bank with the ARN you would have received for an update on the status of your refund.
  In the rare event of the amount not being credited the date promised,you can contact us as we will work with the bank to get it done.

8. I have created a Return request.When will the product be picked up ?
  Number of days to pick up a product may vary as per the Logistics team that will be assigned to pick up your product.The product will be picked anywhere between 5-8 days.If there is any delay our valuable customers must be informed.


9.I have created a Return request.When will I get the refund ?

  Refund will be initiated after we receive the item at our warehouse and it passes quality check.Refund time depends on the mode of the refund.
1.NEFT-Time taken for the product to reach us plus 2-5 days.
2.Online Refund- Time taken for the product to reach us plus 2 days.

10.What is Check & Buy service ?
  This service entitles you to check-out your purchases at the time of delivery which includes items of terracotta,pottery,glass only.At the time of purchase if you find any dispute with the product,you can return on-the-spot.Once it is delivered we will not be responsible for any dispute in any product.
